Mafia II is a great third-person shooter with car simulator elements that has received the highest critical acclaim and recognition from a huge army of fans. This game will take the player into a unique world full of shootouts, fights, and racing. Into a world where you can’t relax even for a second! It is here, on the streets of Empire Bay, that you will build your career as a real mafioso!
The main character is the son of an immigrant from Sicily, Vito Scaletta, who grew up in poverty. While still a child, he realized that the only road to wealth and universal respect was the mafia. Even then, Vito swore that the day would come when he too would join the ranks of those powerful and beautifully dressed men who drive luxury cars and do their dark deeds.
Vito begins his dangerous path to a good life in the company of his friend Joe Barbaro. Together they start with car thefts and petty thefts. However, after some time, a couple of bosom friends very rapidly increase their position in the criminal hierarchy. This is where they realize that reality has little in common with childhood dreams, and the life of a mafioso is not as carefree as it seems from the outside...
Mafia II was created on a unique graphics engine, thanks to which the creators were able to introduce a lot of new things into the gaming genre and realize their most daring ideas. Driving through the streets of Empire Bay in cars, fights, shootouts, chases and much more will be on an unprecedented scale. As for the game world, its size, compared to the first part, has increased many times over.
