Cities: Skylines is a city planning simulator where you will have a lot of opportunities. Create a whole city where you can let your imagination run wild. You will start small, building small houses and hiring labor. You have complete control over all aspects of your activity. Be careful when creating a city, take into account all situations that may occur. Your residents should be as comfortable as possible. Develop the city as a residential area, and then create the infrastructure. Create more and more new jobs, and also improve the scale. Take into account even the smallest details of the city. This simulator is as realistic as possible with a rather pleasant atmosphere. As soon as you rebuild at least a small part of the city, you will immediately be able to monitor your inhabitants. Think about your strategy and improve your infrastructure.

The game's creators took part in the development of the Cities in Motion series, so the game features a highly realistic transport system. You can use modifications to customize the gameplay to your liking while enjoying a multi-level simulation of city life. You are only limited by the limits of your imagination!

Complex and multi-level simulation

It's easy to build a city, but can you make it run like clockwork? As mayor, you'll have to take care of education, water, electricity, police, fire, utilities and more, not to mention the economy of your region. The inhabitants of the city quickly react to changes, making many game scenarios realistic.

Detailed traffic flow simulation

Colossal Order's extensive experience gained from working on the Cities in Motion games helped create a realistic urban transport simulation.
